Standard delivery - 48 hours

Weights of less than 1kg will be sent via royal mail and charged at £4.50.
Orders 1kg to under 5kg will be charged at £6.25
Orders over 5kg+ to 30kg will be charged at £8.50
Orders over 30kg+ to 40kg will be priced at £12
£3 per 10kg thereafter
For Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands and islands, Isle of Wight, jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man, carriage costs will be £18.50 per 30kg and £3 per 10kg thereafter.
Orders will be delivered on a 48hr delivery service. If order is made before 2pm it will be dispatched the same day and be delivered within 2 working days. i.e. if ordered before 2pm on Monday it will be delivered by close of business Wednesday. If ordered after 2pm on Monday it will be processed Tuesday and will be with you by close of business Thursday.
There will be no Saturday or Sunday on deliveries over 1kg
All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed first thing on the Monday and delivered as stated.

Next Day Delivery

For next day delivery there is an additional £1 on all carriage costs. Orders must be made before 2pm for next day delivery.
This service is not available not available for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands and islands, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.

Collect in Person

All products except prepared particles and boilies can be picked up same day during working hours. For prepared particles and boilies please allow 48hrs from order before collecting

Perishables - Prepared Particles and Boilies

For perishable goods allow up to 48hrs for preparation. So they are with you in best condition then they will be sent on a 24 hr delivery service but charged at standard delivery prices. If delivery is missed by customer on perishable products, Fishing Wizard cannot guarantee the condition of goods.
Any order made including perishable goods will be sent with and using the perishable goods delivery procedure.

Unsigned Deliveries

If you are unable to be at the delivery address at the time of delivery and wish the carrier to leave the goods unsigned, please put special instructions in the Customer Notes box on the Delivery Information section on the checkout pages stating where you like your parcel to be left. Please note, if goods have been instructed by customers to be left unsigned and therefore unattended, Fishing Wizard is not liable for any subsequent loss or damage to goods during this time.

Damage Goods

If there is visible external damage to a parcel when it is delivered please open in front of carrier and sign as ‘goods damaged’. This will record the problem and assist in a quick resolution to any problem.

Storage

All dry particles and pellets should be kept in a cool dry place.
All prepared particles and frozen boilies should either be used within 72hr after delivery or frozen straight away to be kept in best condition.

Refund Policy

All our goods are covered by a 10-day unconditional refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied they can be returned to Fishing Wizard within 10 working days for a full refund.
If the goods are not as described in the site and you wish to return the goods we will pay for your return postage. If you wish to return the goods just because you no longer want them but there is nothing wrong with the goods then the customer is liable for the return postage.

Privacy Policy

Fishing Wizard does not share any customer details with third parties. Address details are used strictly for delivery purposes. Email addresses are used for order correspondence and optional, pre-agreed Fishing Wizard news only. No Credit Card details are stored by Fishing Wizard. Fishing Wizard online transactions are securely powered and managed by World Pay.
